Parcellations
Important
All parcellations are made available through their original publications. When using any of them in your work, you must cite the original source listed under each entry below.
NiSpace ships with the following built-in parcellations. Fetch them via nispace.datasets.fetch_parcellation():

parc = fetch_parcellation("Schaefer200")
Cortical and subcortical parcellations can be combined by joining their names with a "+" (e.g. "Schaefer200+TianS1"), or by passing a tuple/list of two names (e.g. ("Schaefer200", "TianS1")). NiSpace resolves the combination automatically.
Note
All parcellations are available in all four NiSpace spaces: MNI152NLin2009cAsym, MNI152NLin6Asym, fsaverage, and fsLR (subcortical atlases: MNI152NLin2009cAsym and MNI152NLin6Asym only).

Note
Not all parcellations have precomputed distance matrices or spin matrices. Run nispace.nulls.get_distance_matrix() to compute a distance matrix for any parcellation.
